i have a stock shifter in mine well its not really stock the 20th anniversaries had a hurst upgrade but a crapy one and i like it but im getting the hurst compitition short throw with white *** and flat crome stick my friend has one its soooo nice i cant wait to get it i wanna drive a car with the 5.0 see what that is like

well mine isnt up there, i have a upr blue thunder, its half the price, and just as good.. ive driven with hurst and pro 5.0 both are good, but not worth the price different.

I got my pro 5.0 on corral used and its cool. I havent used a different shifter other then the stock and yes it is a little shorter. Power shifting its still not that much of a difference but still. IT IS SHORTER.

Only problem with a poll like this, most folks have not had more than 1 kind of shifter to compare to. Sure any aftermarket is going to be better than stock but how many that have voted actually has had at least 2 of the ones listed in the poll?

I have the pro 5.0, I think its a great shifter, a good racing shifter, I might add that it is a little stiff, which Is what you want your shifter to be like, firm and shifts are quick.
