I had to use nitrous to blow them away last year.
I would have them till the 1000ft mark then they would pull away.
so I used the gas and they were way behind.
they are fast cars, especially the stage 2 and 3 cars they put around 300 hp to the ground.

Pretty offtopic but i raced a 98 neon R/T with my 88 monte carlo. pretty even but his front end was near my back wheels. once i hit 70mph my car took off (hit 3rd) and he was left in the dust.
my car weighed around 3800lbs and his was under 3000lbs. His launch was good, but once I hit 2nd I was passing him.
his R/T was a 5 speed and my monte is a 4 speed auto with 3.08's.. i bet if I raced him again I could have him right off the line. I was still new to the car when we raced (had it for like 3 weeks)
SRT4's are damn fast but then again so are stangs
Whoever launches best will have the advantage.

my friend owns an 05 srt-4 ACR.
the thing ran a 14.0 (a mile up from sea level) and my fox ran a 15.0
the srt had intake and waste gate pushing 19psi
he just put on a 60 trim turbo and is running 11pis putting 300hp to the wheels

all turbos have wastegates or a means of controlling booost

you said 15.0 in your car...must not know how to drive
all cars have intakes on them. do you mean a CAI which really doesnt add much to turbo car. and on a SRT-4 the stock airtake is more then effiecent
he put a 60mm on there but did he do the rest of the supporting mods?
