well my freind just got n srt4 04 or 03. and he thinks he can beat my stang its a 92 lx 5.o with the 5 speed. I got equal lenght short tube mac headers mac off road h pipe with dumps. in the current stat as of now could i be able to beat him. we also drive stick about the same

stock for stock the srt4 would probably win, because its turbocharged. you and him would probably be a decent little race, depending if hes stock or not.

the srt4 is stock. but by summer i shoulkd have a super charger or im think about getting the trickflow heads cam intake. but I want to get a race in before i put all the stuff on

Well they had a dyno day at our local shop yesterday. i watched at least 10 or so srt4s put down anywhere from 210-260 hp. some of them had decent mods too... Hope this helps!

their rated at like 230hp stock. 0-60 in under 6 seconds.

I beat an SRT-4. Im sure yours will do just fine against it. Being a good driver helps too. Let us know how it turns out.

i dont think youll win .... stock srt-4's run high high 13's with an average driver and a fox will notcome close to that stock unless you hav quik's pretty much stock mustang.... my freind has a civic turboed at 12 psi with a fully built top end he lost to a srt-4 with no exhaust and an bov

it all dpends on the driver of each ride.

stock they are decentbut doesnt mean the driver can drive.
stangs are decent but doesnt mean all drivers can drive

with K&N,355,OR Hpipe and flows i went low 13s. buddy that can drive with some half decent mods went 13.5 @105 on street tires

so anything can happend these threads that say can i beat this suck, to many variations determine the outcome

average driver will not hit high 13s, very low to almost flat 14s yes but low 13s aren't that common with a completely stock SRT-4, it's been done, but you have to drive it like a ****.

luckily you have an LX wich is the lightest model so you have a decent chance... completely stock you should be around 14.3 ... with your mods high 13s aren't out of reach, but you would also have to drive like a ****. or maybe you're lucky and have a factory freak like quick. in any case, should be a real nice and close race... post up the results when you get em'.
