Shift Kit

i'm thinkin bout gettin a trans go shift kit is it a good buy and will i be able to keep up ( not neccisarily beat him but compete) with my other friends' with ? aods shift at a lower RPM so by getting a shift kit it will shift at a higher RPM. Does it still shift automatically or manually?

shift kit helps with shift points
transgo is good one

you can shift it manually or let it shift itself

I also have an AOD 5.0...and actually bought a TransGo shift kit/High rev kit... I just haven't put it in yet... I'm still trying to decide on if i want to do that..or re-sell it (it's brand new/still in the box) If I do get it put in, I'll be sure to let you know on the advantages/disadvantages...but if I decide to not put it in...I'll let ya know...and see if you're still interested in gettin one...I'll sell it to ya if I don't want it...
