Just recived my Cold Air Intake friday when I got home from school, it doesnt look as shinny chrome is I hoped it would but I dunno, suggestions? Im def. ganan wait til spring to put it on.

Wear some socks you're going to catch a cold...

And why wait til spring?
It's a very straightforward install, and you should be able to hear a sucking sound comming from the fender when you get on it now.

I live in wisconsin, and I hear they curode in the winter. What do you think about getting it polished or somthing to make it truly look chrome?

should just put it on now.. shouldent take more then 30 min.. and its not like they are expensive you can buy them for 20 dollars off e bay..

no offensive but its just stupid to put it on now, what good is it ganna do, im not ganan be racing, track, car shows, anything, its winter dude...I wanan keep all parts mint and fresh for spring

its a CAI its for show anyway.. you dont show any real gains till the end of the rpm range anyway.. keep the car clean and you wont have a problem..

i wouldnt polish it up any more than it is now, or it will really stick out like a sore thumb in your engine bay. also, is your MAF really small, or that air filter really big. or is it just the angle?
