<DIV>I purchasing a set of heads for my mustang that are set up for pedastal mount rockers. I want to put a set of rollers in and I'm uncertain of the correct ratio to use. I see people using 1.6 and 1.7 and I get why from a spring load perspective, but is there any other reason. I have a E303 cam in the stang. Also what are a good set, but won't set me back $200-$300 buck?</DIV>

a new set will set you back about that much try finding a good used set

www.summitracing.com will answer all your Q and got good daels on roller rockers. just tell them what you got and theyell hook you up in the price range, get 1.6 for simplissity.

1.7s give you more valve lift than the 1.6s</P>

1.7's give you about .30 more lift than the 1.6s will. I dunno the specs on the e303 but 1.7s probably would do you fine but like socal said go with 1.6 for the simplicity of it ...
