Squeaking noice

Whenever I turn my steering wheel something under the hood starts makeing a squeaking type of noice, it isnt realy a squeak but thats the only way I could think of putting it. Anyone know why this is? I thought it was my steering fluid but I got it changed today and it still does it...

Its been makeing this noise since I got the car, I thought it was the noise that your car would make when the axle is going to break, but I got that checked and wasn't that...
