I would check for some gouges or something in the tail shaft and if nothing there i would check for drivr shaft runout or binding u joints
if nothing there try to find someone to help you check output shaft runout its not a common issue for the to go bad also one more thing the yoke on the driveshaft check it for wear or burs

if not, you need to look at the bushing in the tailshaft. it can pop loose..it's 2 pieces. something will make the seal go bad, not just go bad by itself.....if the bushing is out, a lot of fluid will come out, and you can wiggle the yoke and it will move.
if the bushing is tight, the yoke won't have any noticible movement at all.
but i bet a 6-pack the yoke is scored
