I just installed 373's in my 89 5.0, but it is an automatic! I like the way it shifts out now, but don't try to do 80 with them on interstate.

Vfast, what do you reccomend? I want more performance, so I think I'll stick to 3.73s, because I don't do a ton of highway, and at 80mph with 3.73s I think its at about 2600 rpms, which is alright.
