Well, for me it would really depend on who was doing it. If it was some randon shop that I was recommend to my *** would be sitting there the whole time but if it was a reputable place (LaRocca's, etc.) I wouldnt mind leaving it there. I would be concerned but I dont think I would tell them no.

Sorry for not posting all weekend I've been out of town. Going to pick the car up in an hour. I let AC Carcraft tune it for me. I left the car because I didn't have time to stay there with them. The shop that I went through is a super highly recommended shop in my area. Turbo Mustangs are their specialties. When I talked to them, I actually got a little disappointed with the numbers. 
Only 372 rwhp and like 420 rwtq or something close to that. I was hoping for at least 400 rwhp. Looks like I gotta buy more mods. 
Right now I have a stock bottom end for whoever asked. I don't plan on modding the car anymore. I want to build an all forged 347 and drop that in with the turbo kit and see if I can hit like 700 to 800 hp.
Yeah like 88BlueGt said it is the stage two. 66mm turbo.
Hell yeah Buster. I'm from down South and thats the way we do this Sh*t. lol
Only 372 rwhp and like 420 rwtq or something close to that. I was hoping for at least 400 rwhp. Looks like I gotta buy more mods. Right now I have a stock bottom end for whoever asked.
