yo know that is a good idea and i did think about it...but what i'm prob. gonna do is fix up this car and sell it and get a cobra...if not that than make some money off the kids in school and there gay hondas........and do more work to this car and ****......the prob witht he 5 gears or 6 gears transand clutch is like i said there alot of miles on the engine....146K if i do that to much strain is gonna go to that motor and blow it...this is prob the best thing i can do for know...this is my only needs of transportation...

You will not blow your motor with them mods on a 146k motor. I've seeen motors with waaaaay more mileage than that and alot more work done. If you take care of these motors they will last a long time my friend.

yea i know but if i do to much work it will go on me unless i start rebuilding the motor and i have NOOOO money at all to do so i'll be lucky to get thsi 2k for my trans rebuilt

Dude do not pay 2k to have the tranny rebuilt. I'm looking at my 5.0 Mustangs and Super fords (Aug 06) and I see an add for a company called "Pro motion performance powertrain" Now I'm just using them as an example, but they are selling reconditioned t5s for 600 with core exchange. You don't have a t5 to give them, but as an example it goes to show that you could get a rebuilt 5 speed for much cheaper than 2k.

Has rebuilt t5s for 1 thousand.
I would take this opportunity to move to a 5 speed if you ever had the inkling.
