Default exhaust install question

ok.... i had a problem hen i tried to install my bbk off road hpipe a few weeks back and it was because my left side bolt connecting the the stock h pipe to the left header was messed up..... the nut on the bolt was stripped and wouldnt come off..... my question is if i cut off the nut , will the bolt just pull out through the headerflange and midpipe flange.... or is the bolt screwed into either oh these two flanges and the threads could be keeping the bolt form comming out? i also am going to buy 2 new bosch o2 sensors today and i need to know what length to wire to get, the 8.5 inch or 16.5 inch? thanks

the stud is screwed into the header. It has a welded nut so if you cut it off, you may be able to still remove the rest of the stud. May need some heat or try soaking it w/ penetrating oil. Then you can just replace the stud. That's what I did.

Good luck.
