NGK plugs and autolite are both really good plugs, id go with MSD plug wires as well?

The reason you felt a gain is because the car needed plugs and wires anyways.

You WILL NOT feel any horsepower gains with just a plug/wire upgrade if you replace brand new stock parts with aftermarket parts. The stock stuff in reality is more than sufficient for most builds, as long as its fresh and in good shape.

I personally avoid platinum plugs, but thats because im a turbo coupe guy, and platinum plugs dont work well in the turbo cars. Ill still run standard autolites when i swap the 5.0 in my other bird, but thats just me.
