As my car will be a dd Do I have to worry about it sitting in the sun all day while Im at work ie extreme temps?
Just take the bottle out before workdays and hook it up when you wanna go racing or something,Unless you like to go racing on your lunch brakes...

its got a little, i dont know what to call it but if the bottle has to much pressure it will just empty the bottle, always have the tank closed when your not driving the car, it could seep and when you start it BOOM. i had a zex blow down toob so if it got to high it would let all the nitrous go outside.

the blow cap is rated at 3000 psi but the highest you should see is 1100 after that solenoids cant really handle the higher psi

sitting in car all day in the sun can cause bottle psi to rise high

my bottle says not to exceed 130 degrees
the zex kit is super easy to install, the hardest part of the install is routing the nitrous lines under the car.

I leave my bottle in the car all the time, and when it is hot your 75 shot is more like a 125 shot.

zex kits also regulate the fuel according to bottle pressure.
so if your bottle is almost empty it wont dump in the fuel, it will add the right amount to equal the nitrous.

I would at least get some 24# injectors a 190lph fuel pump and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. just to be safe.

it is always better to start off too rich than lean, running lean is what destroys parts.
