im having some problems with my car i know its electrical basically when i turn my key to on everything comes on but when i try to crank it everything turns off once i wiggle my starter a little bit then it kicks back on only to do it again also my grounds are from the front of my block to my battery, my starter relay grounded to my fender well, and a ground strap from my intake manifold bolts to my firewall any better ideas also could it be possible that there is rust behind the fenderwheel preventing the relay from getting a good ground need some help in pa!

i have had that happened to me before. it ended up being the battery terminals.

It is definitely a connection problem somewhere.
