Default drag lite weight reduction

got my drag lites the other day and got some 165r15 mounted on them. decided to weigh my tires to see what a difference, if any, the drag lites made.
the standard tire (225/55/r16) mounted on a pony wheel weighed 43lbs (without center cap). four of them would equal 172lbs
my 15x8 drag lites with inner tube and 26"x10" hoosier slick weighed 37lbs...37*2=74lbs
my 15x4 drag lites with 165r15 tire weighed 27lbs....27*2=54lbs
with the rears at 74lbs + the fronts at 54lbs my 4 track tires weigh 128lbs for a weight savings of 44lbs doesnt seem like much but it adds up.....and weld wheels look dead sexy[sm=icon_cheers.gif]

I love the Weld Draglites.

Centerline used to make a wheel that looked similar. You could also get it as a solid wheel without the holes around it. Looks quite sick on a Fox.

They still make 15 inch 4 lug centerlines I believe. I almost bought them one time. I ended up going with welds though.

well i havent mounted the slicks on the car since i got the skinnies because i havent been to the track for a while. waiting for my pms, edge racing converter and detroit locker. plus they tore my local track down. they decided to move it to the other side of the oval track its next to and wont be open till the end of april.....long story short no pics of all for drag lites on but here is a couple pics of just the rears

oh ya, got the skinnies off summit and the 15x8's off ebay

What size is that slick? 25"? 26"? Just curious because I am going to be buying a set of ET Streets and they are going on a 15x8 Drag lite with a 5 1/2" Back spacing. Thanks

EDIT: Sorry didn't read first POST... 26" Gotcha...

So should I be okay with 5 1/2" Back spacing?
