Just got back from the dyno with my new numbers. All that was installed was an Anderson Power Pipe and slight retune. Needless to say it was better than expected.
Old Numbers
320 RWHP
308 RWTQ
New Numbers
370 RWHP
368 RWTQ

RE: Power Pipe Question..
Im going to just make my own I mean how hard can it be?
Should I just use aluminum?
I was just going to use a light gauge steel because im not very good at welding aluminum just yet.

RE: Power Pipe Question..
First of all, you only need this if you have a SC.
Most SC kits come with flexible hose to attach from the Mass air meter to the suction of the SC , and a recirc valve (at least my Vortech S-trim kit did). The power pipe replaces the flex hose, so yes it makes a big difference in looks and performance. You can get a plastic version of this from UPR for $99, (that is what I run on my 86 GT).
The recirc valve is there to bleed pressure when you let off the throttle, it relieves it back to the power pipe on the suction of the SC. The idea is the SC is making boost and flowing to the engine then all of a sudden you get off the throttle (like the end of the trap) the throttle body blade closes and the pressure has no where to go except back through the SC in reverse direction, this is not good the the recirc valve opens letting the pressure go around the SC.

RE: Power Pipe Question..
Pssst..
I do have a Supercharger, well its on its way.
I Want to get the full potential out of this SC.
Already baught a 8" Crank pulley, by-pass tube and im prolly going to get either the plastic power pipe or make my own.
