for a 347 they are just a small head. but if its a mild build up he could get away with those heads with upgraded valves and port/polish work. for a decent build up they arent enough head

personally i wouldnt bother with the P heads since they are a P.I.T.A. to fit aftermarket headers to... you can do better

with P heads headers work but its all in how the plugs interfer or if they dont. with bbk unequals they fit except on number 7 you have to take the header off to change the plug all others can be changed with headers on but its a PITA like someone stated

I dont think they will be that bad, they flow better than GT40's and much better than stock. Also I am 16 and poor. haha

you dont think but i know. yes they are better then regular 40s but they even dhouldnt be used on a larger displacment like a 347, but good luck
