Get a Mr. Gastket 180 and you won't have to worry about the stat for a long long time. 160 is too cold and will cause you to run richer all the time cuz it probably won't reach closed loop temp.

Everyone has a great point, definitley go with the 180 i live in CA and the 180 holds up fine, summer or winter.

180 is the one you want, if your motor runs to cold its going to run rich. not a good thing. and a motor does not run right untill about 190.
