Default Fuel Pump

I got a 91 LX 5.0, my problem is my car idles kinda weird after drving it alot for example it idles good at start up then after 25 miles its starts to idle low like 600 or 700 and it feels like its gonna shut off, one day i heard a hissing noise from the fuel tank, im thinkn its the fuel pump wat u guys think?

It could be but i would start with droping that tank and looking at the sending unit. Especially the sock, make sure its not gunked up and then make sure all your filters are clean and is the fuel in the tank recent? how does the inside of the tank look? You dont want to be shooting rust up with your fuel....trust me

If you end up needing a new fuel pump, jdsperformance.com has Walbro units for cheap....

I would try replacing the f/f first before dropping the tank.

i put a new filter in it and cleaned the IAC valve
