what is the best spark plugs for my 5.0?

what do you guys run for spark plugs, brand name as well as heat range would be helpful.

Personally I like Autolites. I run 23's, 2 heat ranges colder than the stock recommended.

I happen to like Bosch platnium 4's, I use em in both my cars and I couldnt be happier.

I got the regular Bosch Patinum Plugs in mine ... Geez ! ... That reminds me ... I've had em' on my car for a long time ... Still runs great ... Guess I got my moneys worth ... Gonna change em' come spring time though ...
