Thank You for posting those tech articles. I would like to see a performance comparison of the BBK SSI against all of the other performance intakes on the market. Lets see the numbers stacked up against the Performer II, Trick Flow, and Holley on an average worked 302. Right now I don't have enough data to make me buy the BBK SSI over the Performer II.
The BBK SSI will not fit under the stock 94/95 hood. You can get it to fit under a GT-R hood. Now that is a good reason to buy the BBK so I can tell the wife I need a new hood.
I do like the look of the BBK but I prefer performance over looks.

yes schwindty i have pretty big system in here its got 400 amps of alts.thats what i bought the ssi for is basicly the looks i didnt build to go fast just loud with about 600lbs in the back.im still work on puting a 3rd alt in the car ill post pics when i get it done

yeah i was just wondreing bout the dual alternators, what kind of stang you got? you got any pics of your stereo? i'm lookin to build a custom box this summer to make sum better looks but one that i can take it out when i go to tha track.

the car is a 91 lx it has 2 4ch us amps for the treble runing 36 speakers and 4 "soon to be 8" mtx 1501d's for the 2 digital designs 17"subs

that must jus rattled tha f*** out of your hatch. i got only a 12 inch cerwin vega with a 400 wat mono amp for it and it shakes the glass in tha hatch pretty good, i wanna buy a bigger amp but i don't think the funds are going to allow, i'd rather go for performance.
