Foxrod, I agree. The 05/06 Stangs have a PHB/ 3link set up (hmmm very similar to an f-body). I would say that the system works very givin that you can cut a sub 1.6 60 foot on a stock F-body set up. It's about the guys set up and not the type of suspension he has.
