my 95 has 118k and it works stronger then eva.. all u gotto do is change the oil every 3ks, use quality gass once in a while, and dont kill it..
i would say take it to a local shop first and do an inspection.. i know 5.0s dont pass it as soon as they get a lil rich..

Just rolled 57k on my '86. Bought it last August for $3900 with 56.5k on it. Had it on a lift the other day, still running original exhaust so clean it looked like it just drove off the lot. Must have been garaged all it's life. Of course, that factory exhaust won't live much longer!

I got my 90 5.0 LX hatch for $1200 w/ 150k miles on it. I'm rebuilding it now b/c of some other issues, but the engine was still pretty strong. I just figured I might as well rebuild it since I'm doing everything else.

Mine has a little over 116,000. Ive only been driving it for a month but so far so good! My gas mileage is ok, I really dont know what to expect out of it because its my first car... But hey, going to the store doesnt burn a a quarter of a tank so I think im set! haha
