i have an automatic so i believe i need to go with the e, that is correct right? i dont mind a rough idle.... as long as she gets up and goes.. its all good... does anyone know of somewhere I can get the e303 and a valve spring package? summit wants $170 for the cam and $90 for the crane springs to go with it... thanks guys

It shouldn't matter whether its auto or not... I got my E cam for $87 (US) shipped on ebaY. It only had 5k miles on it. A roller cam doesn't wear like a flat tappet, so you can save $ by buying used, but I'd still try to find one w/ low miles.

i am kinda ****, i dont think i would put something used in my engine, you never know what happned to things. i kow a kid with an e303 he said he would sell it to me for $75.00 but he blew up his engine bad, like he broke his crank in half, he put the crank right threw the timing chain, it all jumped forward, he bent the rods so bad they look like the letetr s.. he said the cam is not even scratched, is it even worth the risk? i would rather spend the extra money and know for shure my motor will run top knotch...
