on the MAF? easy!! Disconnect your battery, remove the old maf, install the new one, and reconnect the battery--some screws and some clamps and that's all there is to it. It shouldn't take you very long.

what's a alum..camshaft??
...gt40's are good...ford wouldn't of used them if they weren't

Make sure you get it calibrated to 19lb injectors assuming you still have stock. If not, to whatever size you have.
