i need serious help please
when i start up my car the rpms go up to like 1400 and drop, usually to 500 or so and goes back up to around 750
but the last month, a lot of the time the rpms just drop until the car dies, i just went to get dinner and was trying to
start my car for about 15 god damn minutes, everytime it was the same, so i just held the gas and kept the rpms
to 1000 and held the brake and reversed, and i put it in drive and it was fine
any help is much appreciated, thank you

ok, what are the plugs gapped at? are the plug wires on tight? check to see if the mass air meter is covered in oil
your brother does not know crap, a tune-up on an EFI car is new plugs, wires, rotor, cap, PCV, check the timing and swap the fuel filter...

RE: i need serious help please
ok, ditch the platinum plugs, go back to copper ones, the stock electronics work best on copper plugs, set the gap according to the info on the hood sticker. The mass air meter is the item that both parts of the Cold Air Induction kit went around. The reason why I ask is that if you over oil the filter in the CAI, it can cover the meter and give false air measurements.
