I have a problem that has just plain stumped me, when im sitting still like at a light, my oil pressure is low. But then when i give it gas it raises, and the more gas the more it raises, i doesnt get too high. It eventually evens out. Could this be a oil pump going bad? The car has done it for 4-5 months, and i dont have any problems out of it. Any suggestions?? Thanks, Jeremy

yeah get a mech oil pressure gauge..and the oil pressure will rise with rpms

the oil pump spins faster as revs go up will make more pressure.

sounds normal to me, you have problems when it revs & the presure does not go up
