its a vert auto 5.0. my dad has owned it since new it only has 15k on it, Zach saw it like 2 weeks ago. the only thing is i need the original one, because the car is all original and we want to keep it that way.

Yep its a pretty nice car. Tim what did it say on the top? 302 ho? I'll let you know if I see a decent one at a junk yard. You need to a custom piece of plexy glass or something to protect it.

I borrowed an engine hoist and stand from a guy at work. I'm going to pull my engine real soon. I probably won't be ready to pick up your engine for another 3 weeks or so though.

tim your going to have to hit ebay for an original peice like that or jack it off someone else's haha that wouldnt be cool. i wish i could keep mine original too bad it has had so many hands in it before it got to me so i said f*ck it im turning it into a show car make it fast without it looking like a drag car right now its my daily driver i really wish it was kept original and better taken care of before i got it

yea i got ya, mod the hell out of it lol, when i got my 92 i was going to keep it stock but i could not stand the AOD for one so that had to go. since than its a mean machine lol i think. How does your can handle by the way? i know on my dads 84 it has some kind of diff suspension set up on it, it will out handle my gt like it is nothing. Hey Zach how did my car sound? i have never let anyone drive it while i was behind it?

Your car sounds awesome, I liked how it sounded while you were just sitting at the light by the sheetz. The cam didn't sound overly agressive. I don't know if you noticed but there was cop right next to you staring at your car. Driving behind it, it sounded pretty good, but you didn't get on it either. My gmc truck wouldn't have kept up anyway.

Also theres another guy in the area with the same car as your dads. My dad saw it at a car show. We can just swipe the air cleaner off it if he shows up again.

HaHa good idea with the other car like my dads, Yea i saw the cop they dont like me i was going to turn my car off because its loud when you sit next to it, I love my cam it sounds nice but it does not sound to wild, but you can tell its not stock i need heads to make it really run. i have been trying not to get on it, because if i get ONE and only ONE ticket i can not go to UTI they have strict rules.
