ok say im cursing then im approaching a stop I downshift, then take it out of gear, then it dies rolling to the stop sign....To explain it when ever I downshift before a stop then take it out of gear then it will die...any ideas, It had to do with the 1 of the 3 sensors that plug into the trans... can anyone tell me what those 3 wires come out ouf the bottom of the car then plug into the trans, I kno 1 of them is a nutral position sensor what are the other 2?

What happened is well its a long story....recently I had the trans rebuilt...I took them the trans...I got it back it worked fine, then 2nd gear goes out again about 3 wks later, so I drop the trans and take it back, I get a different trans back(they screwed me)it was still a borg warner and same ration same everything, just different case...now when I put the new trans in I hook everything up, except 1 of those 3 wires...the new trans is different and doesnt have a spot for that last wire...(that wire is why its die after I take it out of gear), well the new trans I got wines really bad and grinds...so I take it gack again, i told them in tired of taking the trans out because they are dumb and keep giving me messd up trans, so they said they will take it out at half cost and do it right this time. so I leave my car there for 3 day he says he put a new bearing kit in there. well I got the car back yesterday night, and this it what happen, I get my car back, for 1 they stole my C/d player, the trans still whines bad, and They didnt put it back together completly because now I have a really bad exhaust leak where the header meets the h-pipe...

So my bro has been telling me to take them to court and sue them...so this is what im thinking, 1. they gave be back a differnet trans w/out that sensor and tried to screw me, now it dies after takeing out of gear coming to a stop...2. they stole my c/d player, 3. they give it back with an exhaust leak, 4. the trans still whines and make a gargling sound when it in neutral.. this is the 3rd time...I think were going to court... 3 STRIKES AND YOUR OUT...im so pissed that they try and screw me every second they can and treat me like im dumb cause im young...I will sue them for the gas over there, and the time I have to take off work cause of them screwing me, when my trans broke the first 2 times...it left me stranded and didnt make it to work, which I lost pay for and got into trouble for.....Honestly I think he didnt even change the bearings cause it still whines, and he strying to charge me 125 for the new bearing kit, which everytime was his fault, the trans has a 1 year warrenty. The trans went out for the first time a month after I got it back, then went out again with the 2nd trans, 3 days later!!!, then the 3rd trans whines really bad the one they just put in there, this will be the 4th god damn time, they did it worng again...and took my cd player....I going to court for sure...sorry this is just complete bullsh*t. I swear if justice doesnt prevail, Ill take care of it the old fashion way with brick and bats...well ill have to go to court to see what happens...any opinions...

Desnt sound like a trans. problem to me more like the TPS or the IAC sensor maybe even a bad vacuum leak
