I have always wanted to get one for my car, for a DD you will feel the road a lil more it might even make your tires seam louder because it stiffins in the chassi. it should handle better. they are more for a road race set up but you can use them at the strip. what brand were you looking at.

Max Motorsports. cuz, i definitely want my car to be able to go fast in a str8 line and thru turns. i like turns, that, and theres a LOT of good driving mountains within 1hr from my house, so....yeeeaaah..

Edit: at least last time i checked they still made one for "our" cars...since you got a Fox-body too

MM also sells H&R springs (rear) to use w/ their panhard bar AND you can get rid of the upper control arms....Probably later than sooner, I want the kit that has the panhard and the torque arm in it.....

Shoot, mine will be my daily and hardly ever see the track.

Like one of my friends always told me, "I don't live a quarter mile from anywhere, much less in a straight line!"

F bodys as well as 05/06 Stangs all have a panhard bar set up on them. It just keeps the rear end under the car better. I would say you are fine with it on a DD
