Default plugs and plug wires!

My taylor wires came in today and I bought some NGK splitfire plugs the other day and got it all installed today. Between the MSD cap and rotor, the taylor plug wires, and the plugs, it goes through the rpms very smoothly. I haven't gotten it on the pavement yet but I doubt I'll feel a performance difference, but there was a noticable increase in throttle response. I would reccomed these plug wires and spark plugs to anyone that's wanting do an ignition tune up.

Accel 'U-Groove' will get a little more power. When you get tired of the plugs you just put in, try some........

I'll bet you that the Accel plugs that you are taling about and the NGK are the same things, the NGK's have a U-groove in the electrode thing lol (not really sure what it's called) but they sound alike. I got the plugs from NAPA (only like 15 bucks for the 8 of em) and I purchased the taylor spiro pro 8mm wires and the Moroso wire separators/looms from summit racing. I think that it came out to be like 58 bucks for the wires, looms and the handling fee. Great investment to make, I wish I would've gotten the blaster coil also, o well maybe next time.

Years ago 'Nippondenso' was marketing the U-groove plug.

Yup, well I got it on pavement and getting on the onramp was fun as usual, maybe it's just me, but it seemed to pull a little harder in top end.
