Aftermarket Tachometer ShiftLi
I'm thinking about getting a shift light and connecting it to my stock tach on my 87 LX 5.0.I just wanted to know, will any tach stuff work with the stock ignition, because i've heard that sometimes there's something else you have to buy in order for an aftermarket tachometer to be installed. Can i hook a ShiftLight up to a stock system?

I've heard there's a place on the ignition i think it is, that the aftermarket tach attaches to, and MSD sells something like a tach powerbox or something. Do i need to get one of these to hook up an aftermarket tach with a shiftlight?
