Looking for a Mustang
I an currently looking for a 1992 Mustang LX. My question is, for around 3k could I find something nice, or some what nice, and reliable. I am also wondering about how they are on gas, I see 5.0L and say to myself "O god" So with that said does anyone have any answers.

your gonna be hardpressed finding a clean '92 5.0 for 3 grand.
and '87-'89 looking ok , yes.
not saying it's impossible, some people will sell just to get more than a tradein or bluebook, which is way low.
if you double the bluebook your close, you can probably triple it or more for a notch.
