Probably a bit late with this reply, but...Wheel spacers with stock studs is a bad idea, even just 1/8". The bold on spacers with stock studs is not a good idea, but would work as long as you are not running 350+ hp on slicks or doing serious road racing. APR hardened studs with spacers wont hurt a damn thing. If by chance the spacers do mess something up, you were in trouble anyway and just uncovered it faster. Only thing about the APR studs are the price, but they offer one hell of a piece of mind. Check out maximummotorsports.com. They have the spacers (bolt on and plates) and the studs. Don't get the Moroso black oxide studs--they are bad for street cars b/c you constantly have to treat them for corrosion.

I know this is a very late response, but I was running spacers on the rear of my car, and they really messed up my stock studs. I had to take em off (not happy bout that) because they stripped everything, but if you are going to run them, i would strongly suggest getting longer studs.
