Default Valve pitting

I have some small pits in a couple of the valves in my heads. Is this a problem that I'll have to worry about? I've never seen this before. Any suggestions?

Thank you,

The pitting is on the face of the valve, some pitting on 1 exhaust and one intake. more on the exhaust valve face.

there was a piece of debri floating in the cyinder more than likely, no need to replace if the valves close completely.

were only taking 150.00 bucks to be save and you could go to a cut back valve for that and get some extra flow..just a thought
