With the gears... is it a manual? Auto?

If its an auto I wouldnt think twice about going with 4.10's. Manual I would go with a setup with 3.73's.

Thats just my opinion. Everyone will have something different to say about gear sizes.

what i would do is put some 3.73 or 4.10 in the rear, 3.73 if you are wanting to get better gas mileage with more accel. if you go with the 4.10's it will feel like a torque monster. but i went from 2.73 to 3.55 in mine and it did wake it up alot but not enough. but i think no lower than 3.73's. one motor mod that you wouldnt be disappointed in but can get expensive is the heads. they i think will give it the most easy to install horsepower. but you could start out with the small stuff it would be alot cheaper if you dont have the money for the heads

Hey 88BlueGT what about 3.73 for my auto cause its a DD and i drive on the highway alot like speed limit is 65 and its alot of miles do you still recommend 4.10's cause i think any gear size will be a heck of alot better than stock i think.

^^ Your right; ANY gear size will make a huge difference. If you are running an auto but you do alot of highway driving than you can go with 3.73's. You will still feel a big improvement. Im just hooked on 4.10's because everyone that I know has them (auto&manual) and I got into a car w/ 3.73's and they didnt have the same kick as the 4.10's. If you want a car that car cruise on the highway and still get decent gas mileage than go with the 3.73's. I've actually heard that there was basically no differnce in gas mileage between them but I dont have anyway to prove that... thats just what I've heard.
