just traded my 95 dodge intrepid for a 86 gt
runs great, kinda banged up and i got a bunch of extra parts for it and a lil cash so im happy. needs lots of body work, its a 5speed speed density efi car, plenty of power, already got it sideways. gonna be alot of work to look nice though

i never did the 4.2l swap. i think gunna leave it in this car i like the 4eyes, but i might, i dont know yet i want to keep the 2.3l and get a t5, this way i have a good gasmilage stang too, hehe. that car seems to be destine to stay 2.3l it destroys every other m0otor i put in it!lol. whats the hp on the 86? oh and it has a sunroof and id ont leak so far and i drove some 90 miles in the rain. not bad gas milage from what i could tell. i put 10 gallons in it and the gauge has barely moved, but it might be bad too. it was on e i think, atleast the low fuel light was on and 10 gl put it almost at full

If your going to keep the 2.3l motor in your car, why not try to source an exhaust manifold from a SVO or T/C... run some oil feed lines and turbo that little 4cyl.. its really NOT that hard

theres one on craigs list for 50 bucks, the exaust mani only. i should get it. i got a gt wing, and 88 dash and inside qtrs and 88 speedo. is it true some gt's speedo only goes to 85? thats what the gut told me. heres some horrible pics, dont laugh ok

if u have seen pics of my 93 before i got it, than u know i can make this one almost ok looking,lol i already have the pass side fender, one thats straight and the 5.0 emble for it too. i could fix this one buy why try. and my other one was for my 93 but they have differant wheel opening sizes and trim so i never put it on i just reworked the bad one best i could on the 93. so now i have a use for this finally. im gunna tape off and airbrush the hood where it says gt. itll look good, or at least better. so maybe i should make this my official make over thread for my new pony. haha i own all fords now! 2 ponies and a ranger.
