12 mpg makes me happy Ive got a daily driver. Id go broke driving my Mustang daily.
How do you get 12mpg?

Mine is my DD
12 mpg? damn. I had 305RWHP, HCI from TFS, 30 lb injectors and I got 18mpg. You have problems at 12.
Ive only figured out the mileage a few times and that was before I had 4.10's.
All I had was an Edelbrock Performer intake and headers for any performance stuff. Everything else was stock for the most part.
The car runs fine with no codes or CEL. (Ive checked for them and fixed the problems).
Maybe its because I dont drive it like a little old lady?

I get 12 Highway.
Damn 4.10's

Im sure i get better in the the city
If you're getting 12mpg with the mods in your signature then something is seriously wrong or you're not calculating your mpg right. You also say "damn 4.10's" but then your signature says you have 3.73's. Which is it? Your gas mileage should be worse in the city too.

the only thing i can think of is that it in our fox bodies it sounds like you are riding in a big styrafoam cooler with the hatch going crazy on every bump. Also the exhaust fumes pretty much do whatever they want.
that would be your weatehr stripping and strikers...

mine is pretty quite
