Another reason to consider getting another car for the winter is salt really takes it's toll on Mustangs.
+100000, driving isnt bad if you take it easy but the salt blows

when it comes to be winter time in my area im takin my dads explorer, its not soo much that mustangs arent good in the winter, its more that my mustang is (going to be) my pride and joy and even a 50 percent risk of damaging it is too much for me, that and the damn salt, my stang will sit in my garage thru snow days

for a first winter car.. i highly discourage buying a 5.0 foxbody.. especially an automatic.

u need a manual 5 speed to learn on then buy a mustang in the summer.. unless u wanna crash/slideout alot

i was goin up my street at like 2 mph (in the snow) and all of a sudden rear end slides out and bam slapped a little wall. luckily only took a molding off thankgod.

first time i ever came to close to ****tin my pants in the stang lol
1st- If you can't control your car at 2 mph, you have an issue. It's called counter-steering .
2nd- What kind of tires do you have. I bet they're not rated for anything below freezing.
3rd-Did you put any weight in the back?

HAH Man I drive my mustang year round. is it just me or do the tires break loose easy in the rain? I am running these and they still break loose.
