FYI the 85 speedo doesnt accuratly measure speeds over 90mph

Even when it worked I never looked at it anyway [8D]. Dunno why I even have one. The only guage I look at is the Tach.

Hell my speedo hasnt worked in years, and when it did, it only went to 85. And it would hit the trip reset push button halfway through 3rd

PS: So '85 FTMFW!

@17 I had a 85 gt and could hit 115 in third and only got all the way through 4th 1 time Front fender well liners broke loose and the tires burned holes all in them #2:73 gears lol

I had an '85 in the late 1980's. Back then in Texas I got it going 135 with 4 adults in the car. The engine was bone stock with less than 50K miles. Speed calculated by tachometer (2.73 gears) and had 235 60 R15 tires.
