Default Draglites & Street slicks baby

I just won a set of wheels and slicks for my car. Wooooooo. I can't wait to go to the track and see what this 347 will do.

I'm also working on a deal with a guy to buy a matching set of skinnies for the front of the car.

i run a 15x8" drag lite on my car but with a 5.5" BS.
i have a pair of 15x8" drag lites with slicks and a 4.5" bs and they stick out about an inch.

I hope it doesn't stick out too much. I was kind of factoring in the fact that my car's rearend had been shortened by 3/4 inches on both axles. I think that should tuck them a little. Plus I have spacers that came with my axle studs.

Here's a link to my install.

thats good the rear is narrowed. what would axle spacers do? spacers are made to push the wheel out

Yeah, I guess you're right. If nothing else, I'll just roll the fenders or cut and weld in some extentions.

Damn, I hate to hear that. I don't want a gettho ride. I just wanted something that would help put the power to the road. I hope it doesn't look too bad. I guess that's why they went so cheap.

Well, if you don't like the way they look, you can put them back on e-bay. If it's one thing I have learned from belonging to forums, always ask before you buy. School of hard knocks is a *****!!! Been there, done that. I think we all have.

I'll make it work somehow. Luckly this car is just a weekend warrior. It won't see much street duty. She's pretty much going to be a trailer/garage queen. But, thanks for the info PRO.
