I have similar mods with the exception of a Nos 150 shot, but I was thinking of doing a Vortech or Novi
supercharger.I also have a set of GT-40 headswhich I got for a good price, sitting in my garage. One of these days I wouldnt mind putting them in.

thanks stang8689, its definately a choice between a power adder or HCI. i want a streetable 12 sec car for now. what advice do u guys have as far as these two choices are concerned.

hey 89GtRagtop, what are your numbers on and off the nitrous? and how does your ride feel in the seat of pant? do u run a torque converter?

Nothing adds to the looks of the engine like a polished S/C. It will give you power on the stock engine and will still work after you do a H/C/I. Post up some pic's so we can see your show car.

My best time is as follows
60 ft1.779
330 ft 5.175
990 ft 7.882
1/4 mile 12.373
mph 108.410

This is with Mickey Thompson E/T drags and skinny front runners
I alsouse a Performance Automatic Pro Launch 10" 2600 rpm stall
converter. Without the nitrous you can add 1 1/2 to 2 seconds to my times. As far as "seat of the pants feel" it is a hell of a lot better than it
was when it was stock
