Default Yay or Nay?

Found this add on craigslist and just talked to the guy but it sounds like a great deal what do you guys think

Ill take 2200.00 or best offer for this car it is a convertible and comes with a new top, new sun visors and the engine has less than 18,000 miles on it. The engine is pretty built it has gt40 heads, 1.72 roller rockers, ceramic bearings in the head. high output waterpump, 2 sets of underdrive pulleys, explorer intake, Imf fuel pressure regulator, electric fan with 3 core radiator, trunk mounted battery box with cutoff switch, offroad h pipe with flowmaster mufflers, new fenders and trunk lid. T-5 transmission with a steel flywheel and Ford racing king cobra clutch, subframe connectors, 3.43 gears in the rear end. 17 inch cobra R rims with dunlop tires, monroe 90/10 drag struts, caster camber plates flaming river rack and pinions . Grant GT custom steering wheel, UPR billet dash inlay, UPR composite shift ****,Moroso chrome hood pins. This car has been in the process of restoration I have been looking for a rear seat and was going to go with a rear seat delete. The ac does not work and neither does the power steering, they have been removed by the previous owner and since it was a convertible I had not placed alot of emphasis on the a/c department. This car has extensive work and is a blast to drive. I have never raced this car but I haved dyno'd it and it produces about 340 rear wheel horsepower. If you have any more questions feel free to ask me im completely open to offers and will consider all resonable offers. This car is my dream car and I have to get rid of it because im moving out of the country.

There are so many things wrong with that add I dont even know
where to start.
Be VERY careful that you are getting what is advertised.

1. bearings in the heads ????????? uh?
2. 2sets of U/D pullies? whats the point?
3. 3.43 gears? never heard of the ratio
4. the power steering doesnt work but it has a manual rack installed ?????????
5. 340rwhp on a 302 with GT40 heads ........ BULLSHYT

what year is it?

$2,200 is not a bad price for a 5.0 with those mods though.
just depends on age and cosmetics

What are ceramic bearings in the head? Sounds like more headaches than it's worth to me. Seriously doubt it put 340rwhp. If he had a dyno sheet, he would say "about"? New fenders and trunk lid means it was probably in a wreck. And whats wrong with the power steering? Stay away.

I talked to the guy he clarrified some of the add. I am going to look at it before I decide though. I highly doubt the 340 hp also. And he told me its 373 gears in the rear. The power sterring has been removed and replaced with a manual rack. I am going to get the vin from the car and run a carfax before I decide.
