Default 87' GT

Guy has a 5.0 for sale its an 87' Ttop with headers, intake, and mufflers (2 cats) new tires and rims, original motor and tranny with a 4.10 rear end. He is asking 3800. but needs a few things. The passenger seatbelt wont retract, the horn doesnt work, it has some paint chips in a few places but the paint is in really good condition (was repainted). Minor accidents nothing major. So i was just wondering what you guys thought I know yall are gonna kill me cause I have no pics but i just wanted to know what some of you paid for a car in this condition. Thanks

Sounds pretty fair for a 87 gt t-top, if not t-top it would be a little high, but hows the interior and is there any rust under the doors or floor pans

minimal rust small edges have surface rust around the edges. It just needs small things here an there but I was looking at it as a good base. Low miles and all. You think 3000-3300 dollar price range is fair?
