stock control arms

Default stock control arms

Can i just box my stock control arms? weld them up with some steel and go?

you can but they still wont be quite as strong. the stock rubber bushings are junk so you will need to buy urathane ones. after buying a urathane kit you will find that it would be only slightly more expensive then buying control arms that come with bushings

yeah thats what i thought but i was going to box them in for like a month or so till i had cash to buy them. whats a good brand to get?

I am running boxed uppers now with new bushings and I don't have a problem with them.
