My 89 LX which was my first car 9 years ago has a half supped up 2.3 turbo. My buddy keeps telling me to turn it into a drag car cause it looks sick. My plan was to make into a full show car but still finish the 2.3 to a good 400 horse. I did just see a 800 horse stroked 2.3 in muscle mustangs and fast fords. If I turned it into a drag car it would be a 351 stroked to a 410 with nitrious. My 86 is now gonna be a daily driven show car with 375 horse,I don't wanna go any more crazy on it causeI drive it 3 hours to N.J all the time. What to do? I could always get a notch down the road for a drag car, I just think having a 400 horse 2.3 turbo is sweet, its 300 now. Don't mind the cabron fiber tails, they were cool 5 years ago butI am gonna go smoked

keep it the turbo 4, a notch makes a better drag car anyway

wow thats a nice car. to be 100% honest, the rear lights, exhaust out the bumper, and rear wing make it seem a bit ricy, but i do like it, its got that show look ur going after. and with 400hp from a 4cyl. thats awsome. even 300 isnt shabby at all.

I know its a bit ricey but I built it 6-7 years ago but i still like the way it looks, I went in the other direction with my 86 GT. Power and a clean look.
