RE: hp estimate
well the converter is small........i wouldnt have even bothered with a 2400. to make it worse, its a b&m so it probably doesnt even stall at 2400, probably closer to 2000-2200rpms. the 3.55s will help some. the tb and intake wont add much hp because the heads are stock. im going to be very generous and say high 14's in the quarter but your going to need go tires. if on street tires, low 15. stock aods suck!! i love mine but its far from stock

306 is only a couple of cubes better then 302. full exhaust will get you about 20-30hp on a stock headed motor. like i said before, that cam intake and tb wont do much with the stock heads. the car had a cai stock so the mac one you have is just for show, its not adding any more power other then the fact you have good air filter.
i had a very similar setup as you when i went to the track the first time and i was running low 15's but spinning really bad. you dont mention tires or suspension. some good rubber and minor suspension work and you will run the times your expecting. sh*tty street tires and no suspension work you can forget about it.
just my opinion.
