RE: wanting to get a New convertible top
There is a whole Convertible section that could probably help out.

RE: wanting to get a New convertible top
If your weathershipping needs replacing, do it now when you get a new top. You can have a quality shop install the new top with pads and everything else needed for between $700-$1000 (that includes parts and labor).

You can order a new top online or from catalog, but be ready to spend a few days replacing it if you have never tried to do it before. I wrote up an article on how to replace the top on our fox bodys. You can find it in the Vert sub forum under general tech. I will see if I can find it and bump it to the top.

in south texas, where i live, the autobody guy charged me $120 to instal an OEM replacement top. if its not an original top, it will cost more because more sewing is needed. get a friend and some instructions and do it yourself.
try ebay for a top and window only. u can re-use your pads, wires and headliner that u have now.[/blockquote][/blockquote]
