building rad/heater hoses
I'm gonna be doing some work on the stang tomorrow, and I was wondering, would it be better to use copper or stainless steel piping to replace some of the heater hose hardlines? I assume I could throw a high heat clearcoat to keep the copper from tarnishing? I think I have a flaring tool or a tool I can use to flare the end to prevent it from leaking when I clamp it down.
which one would be better, I dont know how coppper reacts with anti-freeze, nor do I want 77stang stealing the pipes or wiring:D |
